HOW do they figure out a price per gallon?
WHY does it change so frequently and by so much $$ in a day?!?!?!

It is insane! I feel so manipulated when I have to fill up

And I have yet to determine any logic or even a consistent pattern to the pricing schemes when I see 3 different prices as I pass 5 different stations!
